“A most awful experience. Tour guide never showed and did not respond to calls or emails sent. Absolutely disgusted that they never sent a message to say they wouldn’t be coming. I paid for an Uber and then the tickets for the tour, I’ve requested a refund and will never again book here. Such a huge disappointment.”
