“The tour says 2 miles of walking, which seems like a good amount given the very cold temperatures, to keep everyone warm and engaged. Instead it should have been called a standing in the cold tour. We covered less than half a mile. Your guide really needs to pick up the pace, walking and talking, with much less standing, especially in cold weather. I appreciated that if he was going to have us standing still, we went to public inside spaces, but it was uncomfortable being in spaces where only customers were allowed. “The show was simply amazing! However, as the tickets from viator do not come with asigned seats, we had a very difficult time to get in. The guy at the help desk could not find our booking at all, not under my name, email address or reference number. He was helpful and kind to find us two seats, but the process is rather long and unpleasant… Great show, but if you can do not buy tickets trough viator.”
