Good evening experiences sell out weeks ahead and the great ones go first. Below: the 15 to book early, what each includes and how they differ.
Sail from Dubai Marina past Ain Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Dubai Harbour aboard a glass-enclosed yacht. Enjoy a live international buffet, unlimited beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and live saxophone or other melodic music. Upper-deck seating is subject to availability.

Cruise beneath Budapest’s six main bridges aboard the Gróf Széchenyi ship, with a drink package, live Hungarian folk music, cimbalom, and song requests. You’ll see Parliament, Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion, Gellért Hill, and the Citadella before returning to the city-center pier.

Board at 6pm for a two-hour evening cruise from the French Quarter area, sailing 7pm to 9pm. Hear live New Orleans jazz, enjoy captain’s narration, walk four decks, and buy drinks onboard. Dinner is optional, with a Creole buffet served fresh on the boat.

Spend about two hours sailing from Key West on a roomy catamaran with live local music, an open liquor bar, champagne, wine, sangria, premium beer, soft drinks, and hearty hors d’oeuvres. You’ll pass Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor, and Sunset Key before returning to the harbor.

Sail along Barcelona’s coast on a 78-foot catamaran as the sun sets over the city. You’ll hear live jazz, relax on the nets about 1 meter above the sea, and buy drinks from the onboard bar. The round trip lasts about 1.5 to 2.5 hours and makes no stops.

Sail Barcelona’s coast for 90 minutes aboard a classic wooden Turkish gulet as the sun drops over the Mediterranean. A musician such as Gustavo or Gus may provide guitar, singing, harmonica, or other relaxed live music. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase, but not included.

Board a 65-foot yacht at Key West’s historic seaport for a two-hour sunset cruise with crew-served Caribbean buffet, unlimited standard drinks, live music, and views of Mallory Square. Arrive an hour early, and expect shared seating and a possible two-part dinner schedule.

Join Andreas and his crew for a relaxed 90-minute sunset cruise from Riva dei Sette Martiri. Sail past San Marco Bay, Giudecca, and toward Lido while a saxophonist plays jazz and bossa nova. You get one drink, Venetian cicchetti, spacious seating, and views that are hard to match from land.

Board the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen at Riverwalk for a two-hour evening cruise with live music from Sullivan Dabney Jr. and the Muzik Jazz Band. Choose the dinner option for Creole dishes, then dance, sip a cocktail, and watch Jackson Square and the city lights pass by.

Spend two hours aboard Fury’s 65-foot catamaran with live cover music, dancing, unlimited beer, wine, champagne, margaritas, sodas, and seasonal appetizers. You’ll pass sights such as Mallory Square and Fort Zachary Taylor while the captain chooses the best route for sunset views.

Explore Schönbrunn Palace after closing with a self-guided audio tour, eat a three-course Austrian dinner nearby, then hear Mozart and Strauss in the Orangery. Choose VIP seating for front rows, priority access, drinks, and a program. Smart casual dress is expected.
“Finding the meeting location is a challenge but the experience is fantastic. The tour of the palace was quick but informative. We went to the palace several hours before the tour began and were able to enjoy the Christmas market outside . The dinner was on the palace grounds, the waiter was very kind and attentive and the chef was able to provide a good gluten free meal. The concert was fabulous. VIP tickets gave us front row seats at the concert.”
Spend six hours at Schönbrunn Palace with an after-hours audio tour in 16 languages, a three-course Austrian dinner, and a Mozart and Strauss concert. You’ll collect your passes at the palace entrance, dine nearby, then choose seats by category for the evening performance.
“A lovely evening with the very infotmative after-hours tour of the Schonbrunn palace, the dinner in the restaurant nearby and to end the evening the wonderful classical concert of Mozart and Strauss in the Orangerie. Very recommendable!”
Spend about 2.5 hours aboard Caborey near Cabo San Lucas, cruising past Lover’s Beach and the Arch while enjoying an all-you-can-eat fajita buffet, domestic open bar, live music, and dancing. The large boat suits couples, families, and groups, but bring a light jacket and $2 for the dock fee.

Board the Catamarà Orsom near the end of La Rambla for a 90-minute sunset sail with live jazz, a bar, and open views of Barcelona, the beaches, Montjuïc, and the harbor. The music may be saxophone-led, with an additional musician on some departures. Bring a warm layer.
“If you don't have this booked for your Barcelona trip, book now! What an evening spent on the water with incredible views and a very talented jazz guitarist. Definitely worth it and will do it again when we come back to Barcelona!”
Spend one hour with tenor and soprano singers, piano accompaniment, and candlelit Italian opera in a historic Roman venue. Expect familiar arias by Puccini, Verdi, and Donizetti, plus Neapolitan songs. Pianist Roberto may add short explanations and warm audience interaction.
